2 Day Mental Wellness Program [In person]

 

 

Everyone needs a break and as they say, 'ME time'. 

 

This two-day mental wellness program aims to provide you with the time to heal  It is designed to enhance participants’ understanding of mental health, equip them with practical coping strategies, and foster a supportive environment for open discussion.

 

The sessions will focus on key aspects of mental wellness, including identifying stress, building resilience, and developing healthy coping mechanisms.

 

Day 1 begins with an introduction to mental wellness, followed by activities to help participants recognize and express emotions. Through guided mindfulness exercises, art therapy, and reflective journaling, attendees gain insight into their mental state and stress triggers. The day concludes with a sharing circle to reflect on the insights gained.

 

Day 2 focuses on building resilience and exploring support systems. Participants engage in role-playing exercises and creative therapies like music and movement to learn effective coping strategies. The program concludes with a collaborative session where participants brainstorm and share practical solutions for maintaining mental wellness. They will create personalized action plans, providing a roadmap for continued self-care beyond the program.

 

By combining educational components with interactive and therapeutic activities, this program offers a holistic approach to mental wellness, empowering participants with the tools and support needed for their mental health journey.
